Kishore was an okay singer but I can see why there wasn’t much respect for him from his music directors and fellow peers because he was a difficult person to work with. The facts speak for themselves a very average voice and not versatile. Rajesh khanna made himself famous and popular by using mohd rafi saheb in the early days and once popular changed to kk but would probably not been where he was had it not been for mohd rafi saheb in the first place.
Sorry but the truth is kishore kumar couldn’t sing and his voice only suited a few actors, his range was very limited. He was good at yodelling but unfortunately not singing. Mohd rafi is the best and there is no comparison.
